The room I booked did not have the wifi described on the webpage.Then frontdesk asked me to pay another 50RMB for the room with wifi access.

Staffs are friendly and they speak good English. I like the feeling of the hotel, young and artsy. Location is quite nice, around 15 minutes walking from the West Lake. Food in the restaurant is good.
The room was quite cold (I stayed in winter time), and I did not realize that I can use the aircon as a heater. Would be good if they could have explained it when I checked-in.

It is a budget friendly hotel. The staff was helpful. There was free wifi in the room. It was a nice 10 minute walk to the south of West Lake.
The smell of sewer water wafted into the room through the toilet and we ha to leave the bathroom window open to dissipate some of the smell. The beds were quite hard even according to China's standards.
